When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped as soon as possible and always within one week of purchase, unless it's a made-to-order item, in which case the timeframe will be specified in the product listing.
When will my order arrive?
For orders within Australia, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. For international orders, delivery can take approximately 3–5 weeks. Shipping times can vary, but you’ll be able to track your order using the tracking link provided.
If a parcel is returned to me (for example, due to an incorrect address or if it wasn’t collected from the post office), I’ll refund your order.
If a parcel is lost in transit due to an incorrect address being supplied, I unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
If something arrives damaged, or you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. Include a photo if possible, and I’ll do my best to find a solution that works for you.
