When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped asap and within one week of your order being received, unless it's a made-to-order items and a different time frame is specified in the product listing.

When will my order arrive?

Allow about 1-2 weeks for postage within Australia, and about 3-5 weeks for international delivery. It varies, but you'll be able to check updates with order tracking. 

If your parcel returns to me (such as the incorrect address was supplied or the parcel wasn't collected from the post office), I will refund the order.

If you parcel is lost in transit because an incorrect address was supplied.

International orders will be subject to import taxes, payable by you.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Please choose carefully; all sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. 
If something breaks in transit, contact me within 7 days of receiving it with a photo and I will find a resolution that suits you best.
