How do I clean my wall hanging?

Dust lightly as needed with a soft cloth or duster. For fingerprints or stubborn marks, use a microfibre cloth with a tiny bit of mild dish soap and water. Dry gently with a clean cloth. Avoid strong chemicals when cleaning, as they can damage the acrylic surface.

How can I leave a review?

I absolutely love seeing your photos and videos on Instagram, but reviews on my website are extra special! They help people who don’t know my story yet see that I’m real and creating quality, meaningful art. You can leave a review right here on this page, or on any product page by clicking “Write a review,” or via the reminder email you’ll get after your order arrives. Your honest thoughts not only brighten my day, they help others discover why these pieces bring joy and cuteness into everyday life... and sharing photos or videos with your review makes it even more magical!

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can.  Please allow 3 days for your order to ship out, maximum one week in busy periods. Tracking numbers will be updated your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at cutie@ellamobbsart.com.

When will my order arrive?

For orders within Australia, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. For international orders, delivery can take approximately 3–5 weeks. Shipping times can vary, but you’ll be able to track your order using the tracking link provided.

What about duties and taxes?

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. USA tariffs are included in the product price for USA orders.

What if my parcel goes missing?

If a parcel is returned to me (for example, due to an incorrect address or if it wasn’t collected from the post office), I’ll refund your order. If a parcel is lost in transit due to an incorrect address being supplied, I unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

If something arrives damaged, or you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. Include a photo if possible, and I’ll do my best to find a solution that works for you. If you have any questions or need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I'm always happy to help where I can!

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent you will need to wait for it to arrive and return the parcel to sender (at your own expense). Refunds will be issued on receipt of the return and via the original payment method.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

If you’ve misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible to let me know. You can also email cutie@ellamobbsart.com with your correct address.

Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, I’m unable to offer refunds or make changes for incorrectly submitted addresses, so please double-check your details at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are 1–2 weeks within Australia and 3–5 weeks internationally (depending on destination). Please note these timeframes are estimates and may be longer during holidays or busy periods.
