Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 week of receipt, unless you have ordered a made-to-order item, in which case the shipping time will be specified on the product page.
Shipping Times
- Within Australia: Typically 1-2 weeks for delivery.
- International Shipping: Delivery can take between 3-5 weeks, depending on the destination.

You will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please keep an eye on tracking updates for estimated delivery times.
Lost or Returned Parcels
- If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the post office, we will issue a refund.
- If the parcel is lost due to an incorrect address provided by you, we are unable to offer a refund.
Import Taxes for International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
