Shipping and Delivery Policy

Quick Shipping Summary

  • Orders ship within 1 week

  • Australia delivery: 1–2 weeks

  • International delivery: 3–5 weeks

  • All parcels include tracking and signature on delivery

  • If your parcel is outside the expected delivery timeframe, please contact me so I can investigate with Australia Post


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 week of purchase, unless it’s a made-to-order item (shipping time will be listed on the product page).

  • Most items are in stock and ready to ship. If anything is delayed, I will contact you.

  • Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

  • Note: During very busy periods, like large drops or sales events (e.g., Black Friday), orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

Shipping Times

Within Australia:

  • Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks

International Orders:

  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 weeks, depending on destination

Please note these are estimated delivery times and can vary due to postal delays.


Shipping Updates & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

  • Use it to monitor your parcel’s progress and estimated delivery time.

  • Tracking emails can sometimes end up in spam or junk folders—please check there if you haven’t received it.

  • If you can’t find your tracking number, email me and I’ll send it to you.


Signature on Delivery

  • All parcels are sent with signature on delivery.

  • Most pieces are limited or one-of-a-kind, and parcels left unattended can sometimes be stolen. Signature helps ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Delivery process:

  • The driver should ring your doorbell and hand the parcel to you to sign for

  • If you’re not home, Australia Post will usually:

    • Leave a collection card to pick up from your local post office, or

    • Attempt redelivery another day

If customers provide delivery instructions directly to the carrier (e.g., “leave in safe place”), responsibility transfers to the customer once the carrier follows those instructions.


Requesting No Signature on Delivery

  • If you prefer delivery without signature, leave a note at checkout.

  • Some customers have reliable delivery drivers or safe places for parcels, so I’m happy to accommodate.

Important:

  • I cannot guarantee the parcel once delivered without signature

  • If it’s marked as delivered and goes missing, it is outside my control and I cannot cover the cost

  • The parcel is considered successfully delivered once marked by the carrier


When Should I Contact You About My Parcel?

Please contact me if:

  • Your parcel is outside the estimated delivery timeframe

  • Your tracking hasn’t updated for several days

  • Your parcel shows delivered but you cannot locate it

I will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and help resolve the issue.


Shipping Delays & Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel has not arrived, please contact me so I can help.

  • I will enquire with Australia Post, who usually respond within 1–2 business days.

  • During this process, I ask for your patience while we try to locate the parcel.

If the parcel cannot be located:

  • I will organise a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer

  • Many pieces are limited or one-of-a-kind, so replacements may not always be possible. In those cases, a refund will be offered

  • Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered

I take great care packaging every piece safely and will always work with you to make sure it arrives.


Incorrect Addresses & Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is returned because:

  • An incorrect address was entered, or

  • The parcel was not collected from the post office

Refunds:

  • Refunds for the product value will be issued once items are returned

  • Shipping costs are not refundable

  • Return-to-sender parcels may take time to arrive back

If a parcel is lost due to incorrect address or failure to collect, I cannot offer a refund unless the items are returned.


Import Taxes for International Orders

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility

  • For USA customers, tariffs are included in the product price (effective September 2025)
