Please choose carefully as all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide a photo of the damaged item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as best as possible.

3. Shipping Issues
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, we will issue a refund. For lost parcels caused by incorrect address details, we cannot offer a refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 week, unless it's a made to order item with a different time frame specified on the product listing. Domestic orders within Australia typically take 1-2 weeks, while international orders may take 3-5 weeks. Shipping times may vary, but tracking updates will be provided.
